Yora's Story

Born and raised on the beautiful island of Phuket, I’ve loved being in the kitchen since childhood. I began learning the art of traditional Thai cuisine firstly with my grandma and then began perfecting these skills alongside my beloved mum.
At the age of 32 I moved to Europe, living there for 10 years earning my living as a private chef. Being in high demand, catering for private dinners and parties, from just 2 persons to 200, I learned how to adjust recipes to suit a wide range of palates.
Now I blend and combine local ingredients, sourced fresh from rural Thai smallholdings and communal farms so that your cooking experience can be as authentic as possible.
