Pad Thai Shanghai Noodle
How to cook

1. Soak noodles for 5 minutes in water.
2. Boil for 3 minutes. Take out the noodles and set aside.
3. Set the pot on low heat . Add seasoning sauce, meat, egg and vegetables of your choice, stir fry until almost cooked, add noodles and continue to stir fry for 1 min.
4. Ready to eat

วิธีทำ
1. นำเส้นแช่น้ำทิ้งไว้ในหม้อ 5 นาที
2. ต้มเส้นในน้ำเดือดประมาณ 3 นาที ตักเส้นขึ้นมาพักไว้
3. ตั้งกะทะหรือหม้อไฟอ่อนๆ ใส่ซอสปรุงรส ใส่เนื้อสัตว์ ใส่ไข่ ใส่ผักที่ชอบลงไปรวนให้สุก ใส่เส้นลงไปคลุกให้เข้ากัน
4. พร้อมรับประทาน
